At Brodie’s Adventures, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days. During busy periods, launches or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Where free shipping is offered, this will be clearly shown on the product page or during checkout.

Prints and Books

Some products may be printed or fulfilled by one of our trusted production partners. This means items within the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

Brodie’s Adventures is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, adverse weather or circumstances outside our control.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges applied by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
